If you happen to receive any of our non-digital product(s) in a damaged condition, we would be happy to send a replacement.
We request you to send us pictures of the damaged product(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order ID, within 3 days of taking delivery.
For genuine requests, we will ship a new stock of the same item free of cost. You don't have to send back the damaged ones.
Any replacement requests made after 3 days since taking delivery will be considered only on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel an order and request a refund anytime before the order is shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us at email@example.com with your Order ID (eg: KOKA2521).
If the order isn't shipped by that time, we will confirm your cancellation request and initiate a refund to the payment method you used while placing the order.
Refunds are usually processed in 2-3 days but sometimes can take upto one week.
In case we have confirmed your cancellation and you haven't received a refund within one week, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll resolve it.
